STL
Ready for 3D printing.
Open the STL in your 3D print software, then set up the print for your machine and material.
01 / STONE INTELLIGENCE
Stone measurements and a ring style become a 3D-printable STL, an editable Rhino 3DM file, and clear design drawings.
02 / RING DESIGN
Start with the stone’s measurements and the intended style. Explore the form and metal appearance through CASTT’s oval solitaire case.
03 / CASTT DESIGN OUTPUTS
Print the STL. Refine the 3DM in Rhino. Review the drawings. CASTT connects the design to the next step in making.
STL
Open the STL in your 3D print software, then set up the print for your machine and material.
3DM
Open and edit the 3DM in Rhinoceros (Rhino). Refine the design and continue your production work.
DRAWINGS
Share the views, dimensions, and stone information with the people making the piece.
PROJECT BRIEF
Start with the stone’s weight and measurements, together with the desired ring style.
The specified stone weight and weight estimated from a model are managed separately.
Specified diamond weight
Stone measurements and style are the starting point for the design.
DESIGN & VISUALIZATION
Review the ring form, stone, and metal together. Continue in Rhino with the 3DM file, or take the STL into your 3D printing workflow.
CASTT / DRAWINGS & PROPOSAL
Reference values from the actual CASTT project proposal.
Metal, finish, ring size, and dimensions. The specification sheet brings together the conditions a maker needs to review.
Review a perspective view alongside top, front, and side drawings. Dimensions are checked against the original design file before production.
OVAL BRILLIANT
Measured dimensions in the project reference.
Record the stone’s length, width, depth, and details. Specified carat weight and model-based estimates are kept distinct.
The proposal records the basis of the estimate, including material, weight, and labor. Pricing and lead time are agreed for each project.
Use the original 3DM as the design reference.
Review the stone seat and setting with the maker.
Confirm the surface finish before production.
Pass on the original design reference and the setting, finishing, and production details that need review.
WHY WE BUILD
T2E brings the brief, dimensions, stone seats, and materials into one design engine. Its outputs include STL for 3D printing, 3DM for editing in Rhino, and drawings for shared review.
See the stone, ring form, and metal appearance in one screen.
Explore the engine screen ↗Perspective, top, front, and side. Inspect the same model from different directions.
Explore the drawing views ↗From specifications to production notes. Bring together information for clients, designers, and makers.
Explore the proposal sections ↗Screens are pre-recorded from the actual CASTT and GRAIN engines (appearance simulation). Transition speed does not reflect design processing time.
ABOUT IL JEWELRY
IL JEWELRY (일주얼리) turns jewelry-making expertise into a design engine that connects ideas to printable, editable 3D files.
Our lead developer trained and practiced in Tokyo, built a career at a Japanese jewelry maison with 80 years of history, and studied for four years at a jewelry college. That craft judgment is built into T2E. Experience from our own brands informs development for customers, creators, and businesses.
Maison history · A career built at a Japanese jewelry maison with 80 years of history
Craft criteria learned in a maison, brought into a design engine.80 years is the maison’s history, not the developer’s years of experience.A reference to the founder’s professional background.
ONE ENGINE / THREE WAYS TO USE IT
From a first idea to a professional workflow. Explore three ways to work with T2E.
Describe the ring you have in mind. L1 brings the idea into a 3D view and clear specifications you can discuss together.
For designers and students refining a shape. We are developing L2 around dimensions, ring profiles, and files that continue into Rhino editing and 3D printing.
For jewelry brands and manufacturers. L3 is being developed to connect reference models, stone and material rules, and production files within a brand’s own workflow.
L1–L3 are concept illustrations. Status is shown for each level. Original CASTT evidence is available in the case study. October 2026.
OUR BRANDS / OUR PRACTICE
SOU, BEARING, and CASTT are IL JEWELRY’s jewelry brands. The requirements and craft knowledge gathered through each brand inform our shared design engine.
Wedding jewelry shaped around personal choices and how it feels to wear.
Silver jewelry for individual tastes and everyday wear.
Jewelry built around natural and lab-grown diamonds.

PRODUCTION CONNECTION
Take the design into 3D printing with STL, or continue editing in Rhino with 3DM. When needed, we can also arrange finished-piece production and delivery through manufacturing partners.
